1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the website mazzola-sizilien.it (hereinafter the “website”) of the Mazzola family, Balestrate (PA), Sicily, Italy (hereinafter “we”). By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Booking enquiries and conclusion of contract

Enquiries submitted via the booking form are non-binding and do not yet constitute a booking contract. The display of prices and availability is likewise not a binding promise, but an invitation to enquire. A contract for accommodation is only concluded when we confirm your enquiry by email (acceptance of the enquiry).

The availability displayed is based on the available calendar data and is continuously updated; only the occupancy stated in our confirmation is binding.

3. Prices and services

The prices stated on the website are indicative rates per night and season; the confirmed price and the services named in the confirmation are decisive for any contract concluded.

4. User obligations

You undertake to provide truthful and complete information when making enquiries and to provide data of fellow travellers only with their consent. Users must be at least 18 years old or hold the consent of a legal guardian. Misuse (e.g. automated queries, manipulation attempts, resale without consent) is prohibited.

5. Availability and liability

We endeavour to keep the website available and error-free at all times but provide no guarantee to that effect. Third-party providers are solely responsible for the content of linked sites (e.g. booking portals, Google Maps, excursion destinations). Our liability for damage arising from slightly negligent breach of ancillary duties is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory statutory rights (in particular consumer protection) remain unaffected.

6. Copyright

The content of the website (texts, images, design) is protected by copyright. Private, non-commercial use is permitted; any further use requires our written consent.

7. Changes to these terms

We may adjust these terms with effect for the future. The version published on the website applies in each case.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Italian Republic applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain applicable. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
