This website is operated as a static site without tracking or analytics services. When pages are accessed, the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access) to deliver the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website).

3. Booking enquiries

When you send us a booking enquiry via the form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, requested apartment, dates, message) in order to handle your enquiry and make you a personal offer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) by submitting the form.

The data is sent to us by email and stored in a database (Cloudflare D1). Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, at the latest 6 months after the decision or 12 months after the requested period has ended.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. In the administration area, a session cookie is set exclusively for login purposes; this area is not intended for guests.
